The breast is the breast of the force-fed duck. Unparalleled tenderness, it is very easy to cook and versatile.

Weight: +- 500g

Cooking mode :

  • Cross the skin with the tip of a knife. Sear over medium-high heat on the skin side first (about 5 minutes), then 3 minutes on the flesh side. Finish baking at 375 °C for 10 minutes. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into strips. Serve with your favorite sauce.
  • Eaten pink or rare.
  • Serves 2 to 3 people as a main course.
