Shipping Policy
**DELIVERY TO CONDO & APARTMENT**
To ensure the smooth running of your delivery, please leave us the building door code in the “notes to delivery person” or by email . This way we can leave your order at your door if you do not respond. Otherwise, make sure you are there to receive your order!
Article 2. Delivery of foodstuffs
a) It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the food is refrigerated or consumed upon receipt of the order. If the food is not refrigerated or consumed upon receipt of the order box, the food may be unfit for consumption and the customer should not consume it. No form of compensation or financial compensation will be granted to the customer in this regard. Sélection Perfection Inc does not provide any guidelines as to the reasonable time elapsed between delivery and opening of the box (weather differences cause the effectiveness of insulated packaging to vary significantly).
b) The Customer understands and accepts that in his absence and if the condition of the premises allows it according to the reasonable judgment of the delivery person, the delivery person may leave the order at the place of delivery (e.g. in front of the door of the residence). The customer releases the company, entirely and without reservation, from any liability in connection with such delivery of the order, particularly in the event of theft, vandalism or bad weather.
c) We would like to inform our valued customers that, unfortunately, Sélection Perfection Inc is in no way responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. Once the order has been successfully shipped from our warehouse and a delivery confirmation, including a photo of the delivered package, has been emailed to the customer, responsibility for the security of the order passes to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they collect their order in a timely manner after delivery. We recommend that customers take additional precautions, such as monitoring tracking notifications and coordinating with the carrier to ensure safe receipt of their package. If there are any issues with delivery, we encourage our customers to contact the relevant carrier directly to resolve any potential issues. Sélection Perfection Inc is committed to providing all possible assistance to assist our customers in resolving delivery issues, but we accept no liability after delivery has been confirmed.
