Vacuum pack

Ingredients :

  • Duck leg, fine duck fat, salt.

Cooking mode :

  • Place on a baking tray, skin side up. Reheat for 15 minutes at 375°. Finish at broil a few minutes to brown the skin.
  • Serve roasted and whole with potatoes and vegetables. Can also be served in pieces, shredded, in a warm salad.
  • If frozen, it is possible to reheat the product by immersing the package in boiling water for approximately 15 minutes.

Conservation :

  • Store for 28 days in the refrigerator after slaughter.
  • Can be frozen for a few weeks.
